1    POT-STYLE RICE COOKERS

It has a removable inner pot of either aluminum or stainless steel. Cool-Touch rice cooker are designed to seal in steam and moisture. They are available in various sizes from 4 to 10 cups of uncooked rice. They a more expensive compared to pot-style rice cookers as they are more portable (can be brought to the table for serving) and offer the best moisture retention. They also have digital controls like slow-cook functions, delay timers and special functions for brown or sushi rice.
